Ten Clerestory Windows (Five of each pictured below)

This symbol   represents the final abode of the redeemed and, is symbolized by the crown of glory, the palms of victory and the stars of heaven.	The Black Cross - in the very center of the emblem. Black stood for Luther's sin; the cross for Jesus, who died on the cross for all men's sins. The Red Heart - placed under the black cross.  The heart is a symbol of faith that Jesus cleansed our hearts from sin. The White Rose - stands for Christ, described in the Old Testament by the prophet as "The Rose of Sharon".  Luther wanted to show that faith in Christ causes joy, consolation, and peace.  White is the symbol of light, and it signifies purity, joy, and glory. The Blue Sky - Luther suspended his rose in a blue sky to indicate his hope of heaven, or eternal life.  The joy of our faith which we experience now as Christians is a foretaste of the heavenly joy which will be perfect. The Gold Ring - placed around the entire emblem to show three things about the life which Christ will give us by faith: endless, heavenly, and precious.
